Getting There
FLY INTO DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DEN)
From Denver, we recommend renting a car. The drive is a scenic trip through the Rocky Mountains and takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Please note: Uber and Lyft are scarce in the mountains and should not be relied upon.
You can also book the Epic Mountain Express shuttle, which run every 90 minutes from 11 AM to 6:30 PM. Rates vary, but are approximately $89 per person per way. Including stops, it takes approximately 3 hours. *PLEASE NOTE: The Epic Mountain Express shuttle operations are limited this weekend and aren’t running on Saturday/Sunday. Peak 1 Express is another great shared shuttle option with rates at approximately $74 per person per way. FLY INTO EAGLE COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT (EGE)
Connections are available from DEN to EGE. Direct flights may be available from major airports. EGE is approximately 30 minutes from Beaver Creek.
From Eagle, we recommend renting a car or booking ground transportation from one of the options listed on the Fly Vail website. Please note: Uber and Lyft are scarce in the mountains and should not be relied upon.
Getting Around
VILLAGE CONNECT FREE SHUTTLE
Download the Village Connect app here; it is a free, on-demand shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek Resorts that can take you place to place, operating 7:00AM-Midnight daily.
*For those staying throughout Beaver Creek, you will need to use the Village Connect shuttle to get to the Welcome Party at Splendido at the Chateau on Friday!
RIDE TAXI VAIL
Ride Taxi Vail is another transportation service from airport transfers to advance reservations to on-demand calls and everything in between.
*For those staying outside of Beaver Creek, we suggest scheduling transportation with Ride Taxi Vail to get to the Welcome Party at Splendido at the Chateau on Friday!
